If you cannot find a convenient appointment time through our online booking system, please give us a call. We may have additional availability and will be happy to help arrange a suitable appointment for you.
We may implement a charge to those who fail to attend their appointments without adequate notice*.
This will be a standard charge of 50% of the appointment missed and will be required to be paid BEFORE booking or receiving any further treatment.
*Adequate notice is at least 1 working day’s notice from the time of your appointment. Please call whenever possible to cancel so we can implement the change straight away and please do not email cancellations. Thank you.
