I researched local clinics and came across York Podiatry. I had an initial appointment with Camilla and she did various checks to gauge my overall foot health. She explained everything exceptionally well, put me at ease and made me a follow up appointment in the event it didn't come off on it's own. I received helpful reminders to remind me of date/time of my next appointment. On this second visit, it was decided the nail needed to come off. Camilla made this a completely painless experience, gently and carefully removing it, whilst checking throughout to make sure I was okay- I didn't feel a thing! Everyone at the clinic was lovely, polite and friendly. I cannot recommend York Podiatry highly enough! I hope not to have any further issues but if I do, I'll go straight back. If I could give ten stars I would and special thanks to Camilla for her help, kindness, professionalism and resolving my issue. THANK YOU so much! 😀 Meg ThomasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What an amazing service. Incredible professionals. Efficient and welcoming reception. Isn't it wonderful when a service completely exceeds your expectations! meredith andreaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Having suffered from worsening foot and knee pain for over 15 years I saw Camilla at York Podiatry for gait analysis. She really took time to find out and make thorough notes on what was going on; and was able to recommend exercises and also to provide me with adapted insoles at our first appointment. The results were almost immediately transformative, and I returned for measurements to be taken for more highly personalised and longer lasting insoles to be made (orthotic Phits). These fit in all my shoes and boots. They don’t come cheap, but with an expected life-span of 5 to 10 years I feel they are well worth it. In short, I can’t recommend Camilla’s expert work highly enough - the treatment I received at York podiatry has made a real difference to the quality of my life day-to-day. On my first visit here feeling a bit apprehensive I was greeted by the very friendly and welcoming reception team and then again with Claire my podiatrist who instantly put me at ease and focused entirely on explaining how and why she was going to treat my condition and the approximate time frame when I would begin to see positive results all the time chatting away happily keeping me relaxed whilst carrying out her expert treatment Afterwards I left with such a positive vibe and actually looked forward to my next appointment - a first class experience all round 😁 B PottageTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t thank both the receptionist and podiatrist enough for their professionalism and treatment. We had a few additional issues on the day but both were very accommodating to help out. My Grandmother in law is feeling much better now thanks to the fantastic treatment and advice. Thank you both.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
