Sue has almost 4 decades of experience as a Podiatrist, gained in both NHS and private sector environments. Alongside her clinical role, Sue provides dedicated clinical development support to our team of Podiatrists as our Clinical Development Lead. This draws on her many years of NHS experience delivering preceptorship programs, staff mentoring and student placements.

Out of work Sue is a self-confessed ‘Bird Nerd’! Being outdoors, especially at the coast, is Sue’s happy place. Bird watching and bird photography her mindful activities and she says (with a wink and smile) keep her out of mischief. On bad weather days, Sue turns the oven on and produces cakes and bakes that are always warmly received by the York Podiatry team.

Sue Parris is a very experienced lady in her field and it showed right from the start. She is gentle in her work, very knowledgeable and makes the patient feel very much at ease in her capable hands. All the podiatrists are professional, thoughtful and considerate. The treatment I’ve received is excellent. Every treatment is discussed.
