Leg Pain & Shin Splints

Pain at the front of your lower leg might indicate that you have shin splints (Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome). This is most common in people who run a lot or do impact sports but can also be linked to gait (how you walk) and inappropriate footwear.

Symptoms can be aching or sharp pain at the front of your lower leg, worse with walking, exercising or doing sport.

We are equipped to diagnose your pain correctly and recommend the appropriate treatment; this may include exercise and stretching plans, activity modification or bespoke orthotics.
